Employees receive pins at Christmas party

Twenty-six of Jane Todd Crawford Hospital’s employees were recognized at the hospital’s annual Christmas party for their years of service to the local medical facility.
Administrator/CEO Rusty Tungate recognized each of the employees during the party, which was held on Dec. 3 at the Greensburg Baptist Church Christian Life Center. Each employee received a pin marking the number of years he or she has been employed by the hospital.
“Our employees are truly hard-working, dedicated individuals, and we can’t thank them enough for their service to our hospital and our community,” Tungate said.
Bill Lile, a maintenance employee at JTCH, received a standing ovation along with his 45-year pin as he was recognized for his service.
Also receiving awards were:
30 years – John Pierce, ER technician; Alicia Taylor, RN/Emergency Room Coordinator; and Ann Trimble, business office clerk.
25 years – Chris Coffey, IOP aide; Dr. John Fulton, IOP Program Director; and Dixie VanArsdale, RN.
20 years – Alda Ree Jeffries, LPN at Green County Primary Care; Shirley Jeffries, housekeeping; Rita Milby, Assistant Director of Purchasing; and Faye Sneed, laundry/housekeeping.
15 years – Beth Odle, Administrative Assistant and Director at GCPC.
10 years – Lana Bush, RN; Rebecca Claycomb, lab technician at GCPC; Angela Cox, housekeeping; Dr. Mark Kirkpatrick, physician at GCPC; Violet Pike, dietary aide; Trudence Richardson,RN; and James “Bubby” Squires, Director of Dialysis Services.
5 years – Allie Cornett, housekeeping; Betty Sue Jasper, Director of Purchasing; Mike Partin, RN; Amanda Patterson, insurance billing clerk; Datha Vaughn, RN; Matt Wesley, Director of Radiology; and Courtni Withers, lab technician.
All the employees, along with their families, enjoyed a catered meal and some lucky employees took home door prizes.
Santa and Mrs. Claus, who were sponsored by the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital Auxiliary, were also on hand to visit with children. Each took home a toy and candy treat bag.
